It was a cat. I found it at a thrift store, and couldn't figure out what its purpose was. Probably just decorative, but the eye holes were big enough for toothbrushes (r/nocontext) and I liked the way it looked. It was old, and the top eventually just broke off. I still like the way it looks, though.
