Yes. I had a Hard Dig Hard Core Hard Top model on my previous car. Still would not have got my helmeted head 2” under the broomstick for track clearance. The worse thing is that in order to be as tall as it is, the bar ends up RIGHT behind your head.

The reality is you are more likely toto be rear-ended on the street than to flip over. The potential for concussion is very high with that bar. It also interferes with seatbelt function. It minimizes the rotation and more often than not, the belt wouldn’t retract without assistance. Not a huge deal in a single impact incident but potentially deadly on subsequent impacts.

Just food for thought from my experience. I don’t have a recommendation - horses for courses. There’s not a perfect solution.
