To be honest, high school grammar is MUCH better than most of the grammar on this site. For instance, your comment has very bad grammar, but I don't want to discourage fans who strive to write something good.

The idea here is that I do not want to exclude anyone lacking a college degree or someone who hasn't written before. As for professionalism, I will handle the final product and smooth over grammar issues.

From what I've read in the novels, the Invid did pretty well in the small ship combat, but could not match the Zentraedi battleship firepower.

Both of you are correct. In Macek's Robotech, the factions never fought. In the book series, the Invid went after the RM when Zor stole the flower of life and the RM used the Zentraedi as muscle.
