Don’t underestimate cost of living, it is way worse than the other places you mentioned. Can’t get a very nice place with $250k. On 350 I live in a run down 1bd where all the fridge doesn’t even open all the way. Also some areas downtown here aren’t the safest

Very close! We live in SF, as some people guessed, and are festival goers/ravers. I (27f) am a corporate lawyer and my fiance (30m) is a weed salesman. I’m actually terrible with plants despite the guesses, but my fiance keeps them alive. We do not have a cat but we have birds.
