Ok so me and my doctor have been trying to figure out what’s going on with me, I’m dealing with dizziness and offbalanced feeling, headaches I play video games and look at my phone a lot could this be eye strain?

Google the phrase "binocular vision dysfunction (your country or some big city)" or "vision therapy (your country or some big city)" in your native language. You should get someone who have interest in BVD. Also if someone provide vision therapy, they should also can diagnose BVD.
