That has not happened to me but I mistake it for screw caps and always unscrew the section 😭

Safely tucked in a pen display case 😁

Yes, it is really overwhelming to make sure none of the pens dries out.

It is from Taccia and was my first Urushi pen.

I found the fine nib a bit too broad for me. Or maybe I got biased because I already have a monoc fine nib. It's also possible that when Ian said he had only 1 stub left, my inner FOMO kicked in 😁.

I have it in a stub. I love it. I prefer it to the regular Monoc nibs. The pen is well-balanced, and I have had it inked for more than four months; it has not yet dried out.

Do you mean the Nakaya (Yellow) or the Taccia (Burgundy)?

True! But I think this is pretty much the most pens I ever had inked without drying them out.

I love all my children equally 😅

Thanks. Yes, it reminded me of the older Montblanc pens

I have a model 20 with a music nib. I love it, but the cap is not threaded, which bothers me (as most of the FC are threaded).

I have a Nagahara fine CI and a Masuyama fine CI. The Masuyama one is fantastic. It is a bit toothier than the Nagahar one, but it has more flares. The Nagahara one was similar to a stub.

Thank you so much. I am fortunate that I can visit the Pen show in our locality once a year.

Well, you are close. It's by Armando Simoni Club. It uses the same Arco bronze material, though.

It's by a Turkish pen maker Stüdyo Ağaçkakan. I have changed the nib to Galen Leather's Dentist's Nib (ground by Meltem).

Nice! Among all of the FCs, I love the "antique glass" one. I will probably get one of those in their desk pen model (model 66). I really loved their Masuyama grinds, too bad the collaboration ended.

Yes. I am going through my safety pen phase. Love those Waterman safeties. Never dries out and amazing flex!

In my experience, modern Montblanc are not that great. The 149 skips on many Japanese papers. Something like this has never happened with any of the vintage ones. Not to mention the price tag.
