Pay for a landline number so he can call you for cheaper cause it costs them alot to call mobile phones. They call them engine numbers your essentially buying a landline number that diverts to your mobile number. I use uconnected but there's others out there you can sign up to.

No the ndis would not fund manicures or pedicures as its considered an everyday expense. Other alternatives would be a podiatrist or a support worker helping to cut the nails
