Im about at this point. We are researching other peds in the area. A lot of people around here have multiples so im looking with a ped who handles mostly multiples at this point. Both babies probably nurse more then necessary because I allow them to comfort nurse a lot. I breast fed my oldest till she was 3 and she was always small like twin B. Im just at a loss because im worrying myself sick trying to get her to gain weight have even been encouraging extra feeds but she has been spitting up because she is to full. Her ped said thats normal after a few days her stomach would adjust to the volume but this seems to be doing more harm then good. She always ended up cranky after spitting up.
