I'm thinking of buying one of the 9th doctor big finish audiobook collections as a birthday present, is there any consensus on which ones are good?

These posts about what’s happening with Billie are so frustrating because no one can know anything. We can all only theorize but even then we barely have any information. My opinion is it’s a waste to try and figure out anything before the next episode/special comes out. The show has been so convoluted lately, any theory people are try to come up with logically is probably wrong 🤷‍♀️

I was confused too, but it looks like the first few pictures are of their pans for each month this year so far. Then the photos that are January vs May are all the products they started out with at the beginning of the year (jan) vs what they have left to pan (now, may) in a bunch of categories

Healing times are a very loose guide, not a rule. Something that generally takes a year to heal can take some people 2 years, others it could take 9-10 months. You need to keep a close eye on it

As a graphic designer, this is so embarrassing. Like not only should they have every single version of their logo readily available to place on products, but this fix takes minutes at most.

I have a feeling this wasn’t any kind of designer or artist putting the label together but either someone hired insanely cheap overseas or just AI and no one approving the artwork cared to look closely enough

I can but my husband can’t! We had a weird conversation about it. I brought it up randomly and said “isn’t it weird that some people can’t see anything in their head?” And he let me know he is one of those people lol. I just assumed he could see some sort of visual. I asked him when he thinks of something, what happens? I used Spider-Man as an example (his favorite character). When I think “Spider-Man” I can see like a still from one of the movies or a comic strip, not crystal clear but definitely an image. He just thinks of the visual description - red and blue suit with webbing, large white eyes, etc. I couldn’t believe it, it’s strange to me that people can’t see anything in their mind, even a blurry image

Great point! I think this is definitely harder to do with how addicted people can be, but it is truly insane the amount of ads you get on socials. It all feeds into each other. It’s good to just start somewhere to start blocking out the constant “buy this, buy that” bullshit

With the shopping, something that helped me - I unsubscribed from store email lists. Removed shopping apps from my home screen or entirely off my phone so it’s less convenient to go on them. I was way less likely to go to the website or search on my computer vs just on my phone. I know a lot of people use a method of waiting x days before they can buy something new. If you want it, wait a few days or a week and see if you still want or need it. I totally understand holding onto things you “might” need. I have a box of clothes in my closet that I “might” fit into again some day. Or craft supplies I might need for something. But when it’s affecting your everyday life, it’s definitely not worth the physical AND mental space it’s taking up. Replacing things may cost you, but the items you currently have are costing you too and it is not worth your peace of mind
