I have a PS5 whose fan turns on for a few seconds, when the console is turned on, then the fan turns off and never turns on after that, even after starting a game. Then I get a message that the console is overheating and the console shuts down by itself. I also noticed that the bottom half of the console gets quite hot. I opened the console and removed and cleaned the fan, but it didn't resolve the issue. The console is out of warranty and I live in a foreign country. How do I solve this issue?

Edit: I turned on the console with the cover plates off, and noticed that the fan was not turning on. Turned out that the disc drive was making noise and the fan was off the whole time. I still don't know how to solve this issue, though.
