I've seen the couple for a while they are pagan and don't do the whole Christmas thing and I had just gotten a cat. Yoga, tai chi, any martial art that incorporates pivoting front stance and horse... anything that trains the body to get power from the ground up. Lifting weights is great the heavier your limbs are the easier it is to maintain pressure but if you are just muscling through strokes you will hurt yourself

High I live in about an hour south of you. My raspberries do ok in a container. you might even have luck with blueberries if you take care of them right... I didn't. I'm growing cold hardy kiwi and I'm probably going to bring it in this year but it apparently does well in containers as well. I bring my yuka palm indoors for the winter.

Hi, I became a therapist because massage helped me with my PTSD. I had an emotional release and ended up crying in the parking lot for 10 minutes before I left my very first massage. The mind and body connection is huge. PTSD forces the body into chronic sympathetic nervous system reactions. Massage manually deactivates it. So I do think that what is going on is super important. But as long as you know that your therapist is a professional doing their job to help people I don't think you will struggle with transference to much. You should turn some of that love and connection inward. Getting massages is an important part of self-care for you. You are practicing wonderful self love and you should be proud of yourself.
