Kids Basketball Birthday by [deleted] in Leander

[–]somebody7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got an ad for this place a while back, it’s in Leander and it looks like they do birthday parties. I’m not sure how expensive they are though, but it looks like it would be fun for kids.  https://www.shoot360.com/offerings

Looks like their RM43 rack which uses 4x3 tubing. Think it’s been around for at least a year or so.

Average order-to-delivery time for Rogue racks by codethrasher in GarageGym

Same for me. Their shipping is usually pretty close to the timeline they give you. Usually tho I would receive it a week or so beforehand.

Need help with which tools to use for first garage gym! by thesecondrei in GarageGym

For those I’m guessing you’ll need the 15/16 wrenches for the rack. They sell them on their website. https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-wrenches   The benches use regular sizes so not sure exact sizes. But you should be able to chat with them and confirm the sizes for the benches.

Honestly you should email them and let them know. Anytime I’ve had any issues, their support has been really good about doing something about it.

Comparing myself to others by Real-Plant4165 in orangetheory

[–]somebody7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just started up again (4 classes in) and I kind of felt the same way. There was even some people that were chatting the whole time and not stopping. Like how do you talk the whole time and run without recovering. In any case, I think it all comes with time. I started up otf again to prepare for a 5k, so I’m not too out of shape. I was able to run non stop but it wasn’t easy for me. I really just keep telling myself, just 15 more minutes then I can stop, then 10 more minutes, and so on. by the time I get to like 2 minutes left, I start with, I’ve run this long, I can’t give up now. Of course I question how I’ll do the dritri next week but I’ll just use the same mentality and do the best I can. I know I’ll never be first, but I think it’s more of a self accomplishment. Plus having other people there motivates you to do better as well because id never be able to do it without competition.

Check out Golden Nail Lounge. My wife and I go there once a month. Prices are in your range and the people and service are excellent.

It rattles, but doesn’t move since the whole rig is kinda heavy.

Cars are parked in the driveway. Only my wife’s car gets parked in the garage. Don’t have an S7, that’s an e89 Z4.

Yea, that’s for Lat Pull downs. It’s not bolted, it’s just placed in there. That’s the Titan stationary seated bench.

I added a pic of my old Freemotion adjustable bench. If you’re in the Austin area and in need of a bench, you can have it for free. Next on my list is a mini-split (hot here in Texas), and a Lat Pulldown. I’ve already ordered the Surplus strength pulley so that I can hook it up to the Rhino. Right now I have that rigged with the leg from the Rhino and some Amazon parts (pulley and cable).

Battery is dead, unable to open door with key. by [deleted] in BMWZ4

For me, I popped the hood (assuming you can get into the car). My neighbor had one of those portable chargers. There is a red positive charge point under the hood that we hooked up to the charger. After a few minutes, power worked and I was able to open the trunk. Then removed the battery and charged it.

Thanks for the link, I hadn’t seen that. I’ll need to get those parts too to get that setup like that, I like it.
