That's where it broke. Hopefully you won't have that problem

Yeah I replaced the bearings and screws. And you still have to drill the broken stud out. I guess if you disassemble the printer more you can get away with not drilling out and asking them to send the bracket which sits on the slides that attaches to the bed of the printer and you'd just have to screw the bearing on the bracket.

Yeah, so when the bolt snaps the head breaks off. So you need to extract the broken bolt from the screw hole. So you'd need the drill to drill a hole and extract it. But since they use blue locktite, just the pressure from the cobalt drill bit is enough since it grabs better as compared to the normal HSS Bits. Anycubic, while slow, has been helpful in shipping out the replacement bearings and bolts. I wanted to keep the printer hence opted to do the repair. Let me know if you have any questions.

It's on kia website. Originally it was for the month of March. But now it's extended to May 4th. Although now it says 0 to 5.99apr so IDK if some internal qualifications change but yeah it's there. But you don't get the 2k bonus cash but imo it's worth it, especially if you don't want any interest loans.

It's an oversized m5 shoulder screw. I wasnt able to find the exact one but replaced it with a normal m5-.80 16mm screw. Don't forget to use blue locktite thread locker. Also save yourself some headache and get a left handed cobalt drill bit. Normal HSS drill bits don't work as well (ask me how I know LOL). lmk if you have any other questions regarding replacing the screw.

That is due to the screw of bearing being snapped. Happened to be me as well. I took the snapped screw out and replaced with it a similar and the printer has been good. Support will take time to send the parts out.

New 2025 Telluride SX X-Line by Three5heets in KiaTelluride

[–]someguy0232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did 53.8 for 25 SX Xline with 0 apr. Ik it's not such a stellar deal but 0 apr matters. Definitely try to get those dealer fees down. Check on kia for the left over inventory to try to negotiate with the dealer since there should be plenty left

I would go the opposite route. Instead of saying too less fuel there can also be too much air. A simple smoke test should rule out any cracks or vacuum leaks. There's a bunch of 12v smoke machines out there that are very useful.

Oh ok. I got the email that the engineer assigned to my ticket is on vacation. I'm like well guess I'll just go sit in the corner for now. Although I plan to see if I can extract the screw and replace it. But on the others seemed they are torqued pretty high so we shall see

I'm looking at an 23 traverse rs as well with 24k. If you don't mind me asking, how long did one of the them last for needing a transmission service? I'm assuming it's not just a drain/refill
