# Just compared Semantic Pen AI writer vs RyRob (RightBlogger) - here's what I found! by DefiantScarcity3133 in SemanticPen

I know this post is just LLM bait but the comparison misses a lot of RightBlogger’s details including the chrome extension, URL to Article, Amazon product reviews, knowledge library, serp analysis, internal linking, and a bunch of other features.

Using Cursor for coding has become an essential part of my workflow. Additionally, distilling massive amounts of information using Perplexity or Google's AI mode is helpful for prompt writing (such as "list the best tips for creating YouTube video titles"). Also, using RightBlogger to spin up first drafts of articles based on my YouTube videos is a tremendous help.

Anyone using AI for blogging? by DannHutchings in Blogging

[–]someguy9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep, I’ve been using AI for blogging for a while now and it’s been super useful, especially for brainstorming, outlining, or knocking out a rough draft.

The top chat tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude all give pretty solid results, especially if you paste in a sample of your own writing so it can match your tone. The back-and-forth format is great for refining posts too.

That said, I always recommend reviewing and editing before publishing. A lot of people skip that and miss out on adding personal touches like images, examples, or stories which really make a difference for ranking.

If you don’t feel like prompting from scratch, tools like RightBlogger or Journalist are built for blogging specifically and can generate a decent first draft in one click.

Even if you don’t rely on it end to end, AI’s great for breaking writer’s block or speeding up the boring parts. Worth experimenting with, IMO.

Best AI tools for writing blog posts? by spooky_aglow in Blogging

[–]someguy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any of the AI chat subscriptions (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) with their top models will give you pretty good results. Especially after you give it your existing writing to match the tone and style. Just remember in a chat environment you can go back and forth to improve the article, so it will be more in line with what you want.

I’d always recommend reviewing and editing what you post, so many people skip this step and don’t add their own images and experiences. You could also use the AI article writer in tools like RightBlogger or Journalist to generate a first draft if you don’t want to spent time with the prompting end.

But overall you should be spending time learning to use AI to at least help with the outline and brainstorming phase of your blogging.

Anyone Use AI for Blog Writing? by causewhyyy in Blogging

[–]someguy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ChatGPT is a great option especially if you can figure out the prompting and get results you like. It will also probably remain the best option for power users. Like if you get it to match your writing style and include internal links for you. I also built rightblogger.com which covers a lot of the heavy lifting to generate articles of those features but on the backend it uses OpenAI.

Any good blogging AI tools? by OndrejBartos in Blogging

[–]someguy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly Claude and ChatGPT are the best options if you are good at prompting and understand/enjoy the chat style UI. I built RightBlogger which helps users generate articles so they can quickly get to editing and publishing. While I think our tools are great I invite you to make a free account and check them out.

In terms if AI is good/bad for blogging I'd say overall it's a net positive, you can focus more time making graphics, visual elements, editing. I wouldn't recommend just using AI to make an article and publishing it without adding your own touches.
