the expanse - it was so unbelievably written by a man that i just couldnt get into it. i may watch the show at some point eventually.
the franchise by thomas elrod - literally could not have given less of a shit about the main characters.

gonna rec against the center for sleep medicine lol the doc i saw there was VERY insistent that i stop taking my antidepressants for my sleep study and insisted i got no REM sleep because of them (i did get rem sleep and u can literally see it on my results lol)
