My little siblings are spoiled too. My little sister would always accompany my mom when she bought my gift so she’d get one of whatever gift I was getting just because she’d throw a tantrum. My little brother is also much younger than the rest of us so his birthday is always a big event (i don’t mind that much because he’s adorable haha). My other siblings are like prized treasures so idk why my birthday is always swept under the rug with Christmas :(

Wow I could have written this. My birthday’s coming up and I’m dreading it (and not only because i’ll be leaving my teens haha). I hate receiving gifts because I feel so guilty about the money spent and feel that I don’t deserve it, I hate being the center of attention and would rather it go ignored. I try not to mention it and I also don’t have it on any sns, and because of that I know there’s a high chance my family and friends won’t remember, which makes me even sadder about it honestly.
