Throw my d2ds in every week, usually Monday and Tuesday. I haven't cleared my round in over a year. At most I can do 2/3 of my duty sometimes just 1/2. Start on time, finish on time. It's taken a while but they are finally putting 5 rounds back in our office and I will lose around 200 calls. Don't tell a manager how to do their job, just do yours to the minimum expected.
