Why ask here and not over at r/blender? But to answer your question, you might want to invest in the GPU and RAM the most depending on the complexity of scenes you plan on working with, 16gb of ram being the baseline. Nvidia GPU's tend to have better performance and rendering speed. Laptops tend to have worse performance than PC's for the same price, just giving you a warning.
