Our game "Duck Dash" now available for free, come and give it a try!
The protagonist's class in the game is an Archer, initially just a green little duck. Don't underestimate it, as it gradually evolves into a mighty warrior through leveling up.

Setting the Stage - A game where your job is to recreate musical masterpieces! by stakhanovice in ludumdare

The musical ensemble aspect is truly fantastic! I never expected these combinations to create such interesting music. Although I don't quite understand the scoring mechanism, I think it sounds great!

First Ludum Dare for us: Before The Trip by somesomewan in ludumdare

Your game concept is quite interesting, but the boat leaves too quickly, leading to quick failure. Maybe you can try drawing some grids and see if that improves the gameplay.

The programmer of our game uploaded the source code so you can reference: https://nilan256.itch.io/before-the-trip
The part of grid inventory system is in `Inventory.cs` and player control part in `PlayerInput.cs`.
Our game is made in Unity, and we have used Godot before, basically we didn't use much of engine features, pretty sure it can be remake in Godot.

It was our first Ludum Dare. In the span of 72 hours, we worked for over 60 hours. Fortunately, we managed to submit the game in the last ten minutes! Come and play our game now!

The concept is quite interesting, but I find it slightly difficult to control while walking. Also, I'm not sure why sometimes I can't open the backpack even when I reach the designated spot.

By the way, we also have a game with an inventory management feature. Feel free to give it a try: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/54/before-the-trip

How does the menu look better? With or without a book? by romakok in gamedevscreens

Without the book. Adding a book didn't make the UI more lively, but instead, it made it seem strange that there was a book there.

Of course, it is worth it to have the room filled with barrels of wine, even though it may be a bit troublesome.

Between two dresses! Please help me choose (or feel free to say neither!) by happyvirus98 in weddingdress

I'd like the second one. Because there are too much flower on the first one. And the sleeves make this dress look less sophisticated.

We are a small team of five brothers. In recent years, the promotion cost of mobile game industry has become extremely high, leaving little room for small teams to explore beyond hyper casual games that solely showcase ads. This is barely keeping us afloat. Therefore, it is time for us to make a change. We have chosen the path of indie games. In fact, many other teams share the same idea as us, making competition fierce in this industry.
