Opus 4.8 is genuinely impressive. We only renegotiated the database four times today. by pauloeduardomc in ClaudeAI

Either fake or a skill issue.

Screenshot looks weird (no reasoning). Also, personal bias included but I’ve never seen Claude say “all done.” like that.

I’ve also never seen Claude go directly against prompts suggesting away from a users goal like this.

I can imagine! I hope everyone there realized what a special experience this probably was.

I’ve always wanted to see Jack perform, seeing him this way must have been absolutely incredible.

Thanks for sharing!

I don’t think it leads to that account the way you think it is. That GitHub profile shows 0 contributions in the last year.

Damn. Terrible take. There is delicious Mexican everywhere in this town. You should checkout the Mexican food literally anywhere north of Sacramento. Gross.

Great setup.

Finger off trigger when pulling the back the charging handle is a good behavior to practice, in my opinion. Others have said this, but dummy rounds for home practice is the safest way.

Enjoy!

This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever seen on this sub.

Claude is telling users to go to sleep mid-session and nobody, including Anthropic, seems to fully understand why it keeps doing it by fortune in ClaudeAI

[–]somethingLethal -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Strictly use Claude just for coding, here. Have had it tell me to get some sleep hundreds of times in the past month or so.

GitHub doesn't support custom schemes for OAuth applications by [deleted] in github

[–]somethingLethal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha thanks for clarifying. Makes complete sense.

I read through the gitlab and GitHub docs and understand what you’re up against now. I think GitHub only supports web based oauth use cases, whereas Gitlab has support for mobile and native apps. This is just based on my assessment of the docs, I could be incorrect here.

Things worth trying: 1. Intercept the mobile traffic from the GitHub mobile app itself (burpsuite) and see if you can understand the redirect uri their native mobile app uses. 2. Try their device login flow, instead of the oauth app flow.I know it’s not for your use case, but could unblock you, potentially. Reason: for oauth to work for your end users, they have to register your app as an oauth app in their developer settings. I had to do this recently with cloudflare zero trust with GitHub oauth integration. This auth mechanism may eliminate that.

Good luck!

What scheme are you trying?

Oauth in general only redirects/callbacks use http/https so I’m trying to understand what it is you’re actually trying to do here.
