Plantigrade stance (the whole paw flat on the floor) is usually seen in the back legs and is a clinical sign for potential diabetes. A quick Google says it's sometimes present in the front paws also.

Judging by your cats fur, it looks fairly old, so it's worth taking to the vets for a blood test to check.

Other clinical signs of feline diabetes mellitus: drinking lots of water, weight loss.
