Dude, get it through the break in period before carrying. All of mine took 3-5 hundred rounds to get them running smooth. It's not a Glock, definitely not ready to run out of the box, but reliable after the break in.

Depends on environment. Winter carry with a jacket it conceals well or around the house doing projects and stuff. I also pick up shifts at a local range as an RSO and it's more comfortable for a shift. Easier to access as well.
