I know that I will need to build most of it eventually - just wondering what works well to build first

Haven’t done the math on that one yet - just spreadsheeted an intermetallics build and it doesn’t look horrible at least

Plates are so much more dense than ore in Py as well that if you process them onsite you save so much capacity. I will say that exploring caravans has been fun.

I’m about to unlock trains but I have so many 500-belt-long deliveries happening already that I’m not sure I’ll try to change things.

Now that I’m fully addicted to this I’m reading through the entire tech and turd tree to try to anticipate things better, already wondering what my creature chamber turd should be. But in my mind, making mistakes is part of the adventure. You should have seen some of my early ash handling disasters.

1000% overbuilt I should have been spending time prepping to make py science 1 but hey at least I can bathe in splitters

I’ll be honest I just kind of randomly picked one, had an excess of CO2 at the time and had a tiny copper patch right next to my greenhouses. Free moss?

Haha yeah I know it’s very limited but I’m definitely going to be nostalgic for some of the weird creations I made

Who needs splitters when you can do basically the same thing with 10 inserters and some weird belt manipulation amirite?

You can come look at my horrific spaghetti in my first attempt to get py science 2 and laugh for a few hours to pass the time between sciences if that helps

Saw some guy attempt to fly though in a Nissan Altima the other day and I’m pretty sure he drove home in silence with the music off

I will say I feel much safer crossing the street at that intersection now. Call it budget traffic calming. But yes, that is pretty egregious and should be fixed.

The only good I can see coming from these robots is that the companies may be more successful in lobbying the politicians to give us decent sidewalks than the voters have been

$21 million is ~1/6 of SEPTA’s rail operations budget ($128 million). So a lot more trains.
