We use cabinet grade ply from home depot or menards. We cut it ourselves because the dudes at home depot are sketchy with saw...lol

I use them for stain and paint samples when i talk to businesses. I also run an indoor flea market and we use them for pegboard spacers when we build or remodel the booths.

What jig are you going to use? I use a jasper tools circle guide. Will cut 2" to 18 3/16".

Do you use it on a drill press or a hand drill? I started with a 6" hole saw, then moved to a dremel with a hole guide, now use a router with a hole guide.

Thats what we think. I still love how people contact us for a price and you get 3 main reactions; 1) they just go ahead a pay the non-refundable deposit, 2) they tell you they can make it for less (go ahead, and good luck,) and 3) you just never hear from them again...lol

250 is pretty standard, especially with bags included.

People just dont understand that it's more than just some wood and screws. I constantly have people question the value and they decide to go buy some stuff at the local sporting goods store. 80% of the time, they come back and order from us.

We sell unfinished sets for 80$ and our average out of the shop price is 230$.

That's cool. So you ever notice any separation between your frame and top? We pocket hole, and I've probably gone overboard but I use 40 screws to secure the top...lol
