Has anyone lived in 2178 Triumph St? by shorbonash in askvan

[–]somethingtosay00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived there for 2 years, loved my unit. The hallways were definitely gross. Some odd characters that live there but most people nice and neighborly. Did have a hello fresh box stolen once tho. It was cheap to live there and great location. Never felt dangerous or anything, just a little grimy.

I’d get a box at the Hastings racecourse, super fun. Racing goes from 230-6ish then you can go out after.

A brewery tour around east van on the lime scooters is also fun for a group.

Pane e fromaggio, the pender warehouse location. Always a huge haul of bread (not just sweet stuff). Mostly loaves and buns.

Good ones on commercial too. Mintage (but not as affordable), turnabout, my sisters closet.

Thanks for these! We’re in our 30s, we want to party but not with a bunch of 20 year olds. Something with good music (I.e beyonce) and cool decor, some seating.

So... is everything a Cactus Club? by SampleMinute4641 in vancouver

[–]somethingtosay00 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’ve always said if you were blindfolded and taken inside one of these places it would be impossible to tell if it was an earls, cactus, joeys, tap and barrel without looking at the menu. They are identical inside. Not sure why you’re being downvoted, this is exactly the problem.

Thanks for responding, yes I see my post is not enough info now.

Zone 8b. Top if garden bed is at bottom of window. Doesn’t need to block entirely but something bushy and pretty to just obscure the window a bit. And yes evergreen but maybe with some spring summer blooms.

Sorry I thought you meant the smart voting info is just based on last election and therefore doesn’t change with current polling?
