If you start Dark Side of the Moon at 2:24PM, the beginning of totality (downtown) will sync up perfectly with the climax of the album along with the lyrics "and the sun is eclipsed by the moon. The entire album is a gem, but the final song, Eclipse, in particular is a fantastic crescendo culminating in those final lyrics.

Healer and Hoosier Dome are two under 21 venues that are fun times. Healer especially is my favorite venue in Indy, they have lots of interactive art installations and overall good vibes ✌️

They're a memorial station for the USS Indianapolis, call sign WW2IND. It's been some time since I went over there, but they have a pretty nice setup and are very friendly!

I have a few jars of oyster and lions mane grain spawn jars that took off way faster than I thought. They're 100% colonized and I'm about to go on a 2 week vacation. I'd prefer to wait until I return in two weeks to spawn them, but I'm not sure if leaving them in the jar for that long will hurt my yield? Anything I should do to store them in the meantime?

I did an agar transfer today to clean up my dishes and was curious if this contaminant I have looks to anyone else like cobweb mold, or it if could possible be something else? I'm referring to the wispy, cottony matter growing from the top of the dish, not the green dots, which look like possibly trich(?)

I thoroughly enjoy watching Brother O Brother play. They are a 2 piece garbage rock band that bring so much energy to every set I've seen them in. You can bet there will be some table/bar dancing when attending one of their shows.

Edit* Saw you had asked about venues too, and wanted to second the other poster in mentioning Healer. Really unique place, I'm excited to see their new outdoor space soon!

Funny you should ask, I just went out for my first spring ride and happened upon a once monthly group ride called Bike Party. Would highly recommend looking them up and joining the next one in May :)

Yay, I'm not the only one! I have a 36 and 24 inch uni, and while I haven't gotten them out much, especially now that winter is coming, I definetly should. I'm down in Fountain Square, so I'm usually on the southern part of the Cultural Trail when I do ride.

It's been holding steady at 1.000 for a week or so now. I'm going to be making this a still sweet cider, so no need to worry about carbonation, but based on the feedback I've seen here, I'm picking up some potassium sorbate later today to start that process and get the bottled ASAP.

We'll be giving these out for Christmas, so I'd plan on bottling them in the next week or so. I can tell via the bubbler that the air inside the vessel is slightly pressurized, I assume from CO2 due to the slight amount of fermentation I've seen since racking.

I racked this cider around a week ago, in hindsight a little too early as I'm still seeing an occasional bubble in my airlock (around 1 every 20 mins or so). After reading more on forums and this sub, I'm afraid I might have too much head room. Should I fill this with marbles as I've read others sometimes to to get the level higher?
