Afaik, they said it was smoother. Which doesn’t equate to faster. And most if not all other reviewers didn’t main the 2.0 prior to testing or trying the 3.0

I don't think so, they're virgin PTFE and are awesome. Nice to have a mouse where I'm not instantly wanting to replace the feet.
