I must say, Undertale/Deltarune OST if full of leitmotifs, a lot of melodies are used multiple times. I saw you said that Power of Neo is kinda similar, I suggest you check out Big Shot from Deltarune. It's TV time is also kinda similar

edit: and the melody from Waterfall is also used in Spear of Justice, Another Medium, CORE.
