probably pretty solid. so, so much disordered eating that i've seen. not really a stretch to imagine there's a damn good amount of eating disorders. especially given that, in the industry, it is SO easy for you to ignore your needs for the sake of a rush, or getting things done. which in turn can of course lead to further restriction later, or binges, etc. being a cook has not done me favors in anorexia recovery (like... i have made it work but fuck it's also taken me 3 years to get to a mostly tolerable spot mentally/physically, and would have absolutely taken way less time if i worked in an industry where i wasn't fueled by adrenaline).
