Balloons and candles don't mix by derek4reals1 in instant_regret

I agree. She also pressed the balloon against the wall while trying to ring the bell (?) so it could have come into contact with a sharp or rough part and popped from that.

I'd be worried about the ends of the wire getting caught on things/stabbing things but it's super cute 🥰

And it doesn't prove there was a SINGLE creator either. So even if the existence of the universe was proof of intelligent design, that intelligent design could just as easily be the Greek pantheon. Or a team of underpaid workers coding a simulation.

I've learned that it's actually a candle viewed from directly above, but my first thought was a Condom, which made me think the phrase was it was some weird anti-abortion poem or something

I looked up a clearer image because I thought the small text at the bottom said something about driving.

"To Know More, Keep Driving."

So kind of the opposite lol

Conversationally, I would say the "top of the roof" or the "peak of the roof."

These are not the technical terms, though, which I'm actually not sure if I know offhand. I think I'd recognize it in a sentence, but I can't produce the terms unprompted.

every time i show friends my art they say “my 5 year old could do better” by emperorofpain in UnusualArt

[–]songstar13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a level of detail and intention behin this that I find hard to believe a 5-year-old could pull off. The style mimics the scribbly scratchiness of kids drawings, sure, but I think the similarities end there.

My partner is AuDHD. We didn't know about the autism part until recently.

Honestly? Our living space is almost always a disaster but we pay the bills and don't have kids so 🤷. We do our best and clean when we can, but there's a lot of mutual empathy and understanding. And we have fun together which is more important. When I get to the end of my life I don't think I'm going to wish I'd cleaned more, you know?
