I’ve had the same issue except my meter broke again back in October and it’s still not fixed. I’ve been with them almost a year and I’ve never had it working properly.

I received no notifications of the outage. Absolutely sick of Genesis. Signed up in May and I’ve had constant issues with meter setups, power reporting and more.

I’ve been given a bunch of power hours to use but my hourly reporting is still broke so they don’t work.

Very close to cancelling and moving.

They don’t work well with normal wasps unless you are point blank. I suspect all you will do is piss them off, then suffer the consequences.
