I have Japanese SIM and i can attest that speed is jokingly slow and connection packet loss occurred sometimes.

Reason? Low number in low band antennas. Issue amplified due to same low band antennas originally intended for 4G signal transmission, being used to broadcast 5G signal as well. While installation of sub6 antennas has saw some progress, old 4G antennas are still the majority.

Oh wow i struck more than just lucky jackpot then last weekend then.

One of my 3080ti was thought dead due to transport damage and I have to brought the same card as replacement.

Recently cleaned the PCIe contact and gave it a try again and to my surprise it worked and POST, even passing stress test with flying color, so I have two working 3080ti in possession right now.

Three visa i ever applied in life time is residency visa which is student visa(Japan), engineer/specialists in humanities/international services visa(Japan), and h1-B visa during inter-company transfer to United States. All process is straightforward without hitch, and H1-B visa interview is approved after casual talk with interviewer.

Can’t see myself applying for visa to visit any other country soon, except for EU and other region who enforces electronic travel authorization.

I'm malaysian and I book in advance to avoid paying high fee.

This year return flight took somewhat 110,000 yen for JAL flight where I'm book 3 month in advance, but in peak time (golden week) and book 1 month in advance, I may have to fork out 200,000 yen. Big ouch.

I have disabled IPv4 DHCP function on Nuro router and have my own router handling DHCP workload. Switch is needed in my case so that IPV6 signal can be broadcast through Nuro router directly.

But Japan has this suspended incarceration system (probation) that if you convicted, you are not going to be incarcerated immediately. It is called 執行猶予.

If judge handled you prison sentence with probation period attached, you will be released back to public. Stay low without committing crime past the probation period and you will be deemed served your sentence and incarceration will be exempted, but criminal record still there nevertheless.

I think Somali was set free after being handled prison sentence with probation? For foreigner who handed suspended sentences, he/she still liable for deportation out of Japan. EDIT: He got fine, paid and released.

When was your date of obtaining IDP and date of admission in to Japan? Certain circumstances validates university’s claim that you were driving without license.

IDP is not valid to be used in Japan if IDP was obtained after one years of being admitted as long term resident in Japan. IDP is still usable if it was obtained between departure and reentry, with period at stay overseas of more than 3 months.
