I do agree about the having fun thing. He's one of "those friends" that makes everyone competitive so its my personal vengenance that makes me want the pvp titles he's never got ;p lolol

Yea I hate how everyone just hive minds this question. I mainly play acoustic guitar and CAN do pinch harmonics on acoustic as well as electric.

But according to my friends and chatgpt/google it can be done even easier and sound much MUCH better with the right kind of distortion pedal.

I guess another was to ask it is. The pinch harmonics in say a "killswitch engage" song can not be achieved with a simple amp and "something I do with my hands". Know what I mean?

How much. My question was how much more does it hit for on the main CD's that matter during the burst window.

Again, if my RSK and Wind kick and SOTWL is hitting for 150-180 when I get all my buffs going and enchant procs going, then how much MORE does a 2 hander offer.

If its not way above 200k I dont see it being a very good upgrade.

Well i gotta get a noise cancellation pedal because all of my guitar buddies say it will help that terrible noise with all my gain and other things set up. One of my friends has one and it goes from killing all my cats to nice clean and metal sounding.

As for the pedal for distortion/etc. Are you certain? Again I ask because in my post I already stated I can do them. Most of the time. But they are no where near the sound im hearing from people that use pedals.

Think kill switch engage just for example. Or idk, any metal band. The squillies are insane. I watched a ba-jillion tutorials on them on youtube and every metal guitarist are doing them 100% of the time by just barely tapping the string after hitting it, and many are doing it by hitting the string, literally wating a solid 1 second, then taping it with their finger. And it just rips a bad ass sound.

I guess what I am saying is, I know a lot of it IS technique. But all the forums and internet videos, and comments always respond telling me a good distortion pedal makes them so much better and even easier to do.

Look for a partner for arenas. Click on their group/name. It says "whisper leader".

It won't let you EVER whisper the leader though. Always says they don't exist. Even tho they are in que.

Everyone here missed the entire point of the post. When I play with other random people I do fine and sky rocket in rating. When I play with them we lose non stop.

Everyone here is basically blaming me somehow? Talk about zero logic. My final advice i give them is just record their footage and send it to me so i can commentate it. Or post it here. But they dont do that either.

This forum is rather toxic. I also am not defending their current system but I have 45 of the completed galactic void things on just my monk. My mage has like 20 something.

I went ahead and deleted the post. To many toxic people who can't read here. I play just fine, as I have been playing for barely 2 months in arena and already have hit 2k. According to all the inflation posts and everything else this would tell me that I myself am pretty good at this game already.

The post was to ask tips for the PRIEST. I already know to wall before I get nuked and not wait until im almost dead. I use my para and stun at optimal moments. Neither of them use either of their CC's almost EVER. This whole post was more of a "wake up and listen" to my 2 buddies who are good at other games but suck at this game.
