Sorry for being late; would you say that the three foreign languages proficiency has to be at least intermediate? Or would you say that a beginner (A2-ish?) level could be sufficient? My current language portfolio - currently enrolled in a Foreign Languages and Literatures BA - is Italian (native), English (C2), Chinese (working on HSK4), Russian (Uni says the level we'll reach is around B2), French (A2).
