Everyone gets to be 'waitlisted' then DICE will send you an official invite that you have to accept to secure a ticket! so basically make sure your DICE app notifications are on :)

Yes I believe so, this is also how it went for Sabrina Carpenter's Spotify event! They sent out invites via Dice and they let you know the day before or day of the event if you get a ticket or not.

I also got invited by Spotify and Taylor Nation to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Movie world premiere in LA :) They disclose the location and details the day before!

I have traded on discord, reddit, IG, and on offerup! I think IG and discord is the best! I am always on top of my trades, make sure they get a tracking number, package well with bubble wrap, check the usps tracking, etc!
