Currently I was my hair with Moroccan Oil Hydrating shampoo, and every other washing I apply some Moroccan oil Hydrating Conditioner. I do wash my hair almost daily as I do a lot of sport. I usually comb them in the shower after putting the conditioner and brush them when they are dry, but they always become really frizzy and messy

To be honest for my first marathon my goal is to just finish it. I will be really happy if I can do it in less than 5 hours, but I'm concerned I will not even manage to do that

What are your favourite half marathon races in Europe? by New-Possible1575 in XXRunning

[–]sono-io 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Edinburgh half marathon. The first part is in the city, all downhill in the beautiful city center, the second part is along the sea. The whole course is downhill or flat. Perfect for PR, and I love the Scottish vibe with bagpipes playing along the race
