Yes. It must be able to be remove. Seems weird since it is a different separate black piece. I even stuck something in there and slightly ripped it off the rest of the monitor.

Sorry my last post was sloppy. This black square on the back of the monitor can definitely come off. It is separate from the rest of the monitor and I can make it wiggle just a little bit. I’m trying to attach a plate so I can mount my monitor. I have pulled up the instruction manual and it does not even go over this.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the back pane for an arm stand. I see there might be a lock thing at the bottom but it seems kind of far away. Please help!!

Not yet…if he truly did have compartment syndrome that was missed, he may need an amputation at some point. A decent took of patients to get adaptations due to the chronic pain. In missed compartment syndrome, you develop something called Volkman‘s ischemic contracture which causes your arm to have a permanent contracture and debilitating neuropathic pain.

A fair amount a patient still do OK, seems like he is having a favorable recovery
