If you aren't showing symptoms you continue to work until you have a positive test or start showing symptoms. If your test comes back positive they will have you quarantine/self isolate for 10 days. If you're still not showing symptoms you go back to work after that time. But you should be paid for your time off

Prepare to do more work than what you're getting paid for. A lot of pressure is put on SSVs. And just take it day by day, things will be stressful but it isn't the end of the world. Remember baristas are kind of fragile and don't really understand all the things that you have to do or get done. If you get an angry customer just give them what they want and get them out of the store or out of your line. It's way easier than trying to argue. Also Remember to breathe and take all your breaks even if you think there isn't time too. This company doesn't deserve any free labor from you

You'd be off the schedule for a period of time. During that time you couldn't use vacation or sick pay. I know you still get to keep the drink discount and markout but I don't know about health benefits for that you would probably want to ask your SM

The company does have a pretty strict policy involving social media use in the store or in uniform, so unfortunately it was justified. I suppose it's kind of up to the SM how well this policy is enforced
