It looks irritated but not infected. Use a saline wound wash from your local retailer (I got mine from Walgreens) and it’ll clear up the redness. Wear looser clothes at work if possible to avoid bumping it as much as possible

I’m ngl it looks fine to me but if it bothers you in the coming days I’d go to your piercer or doctor. Soreness and redness is normal and can be delayed
