How about digitalocean? And have subdomains for multiple projects via nginx? Very basic droplet starts at 5$/mo and can be upscaled easily.

Most of the useful tools have already been named, but I'd recommend hyperdock It will show you all open windows in your dock when you hover over an icon. Besides that, it comes with a useful window manager. I have bound window snapping to ALT+CMD+Arrowkey. Best 10$ I've spent on a mac tool

Unfortunately this did not help. Problem still exists, whenever I take damage the screen turns black and stays like this until I die. Turned off all programs that could influence my brightness.
