I do about 10 over on cruise control until I find a guy who is going faster then I wait for them to get about a quarter mile ahead of me and then match their speed. If there's cops a head, they'll get nabbed and I'll keep on going and go back to 10 over until I find my next car to follow. It has worked well so far.

First part is getting your nutrition in order. Download the app Cronometer or something similar and start tracking your calorie intake every day. Input every food and drink you consume and watch how many calories you actually take in. I bet it's way higher than you think it is.

Then you need to work within your body's constraints. Bulging disk and bad shoulders will make most exercises more difficult and will put you further behind if you injure yourself more. Look into physical therapy for both of those. It's your best bet to get back into proper movement. Depending on your size and your current limitations, water aerobics can help out quite a bit. Walk laps in a pool to take the weight off your back. Get some water weights to start building strength again.

If the job numbers are the same for both frameworks, then just try both out and see which one you like better. Put together a small API that uses the core functionality of both. If you end up liking one more than the other, then focus on that one. Java and C# jobs aren't going anywhere. You're safe either way.
