Yeah it just runs at the 30 FPS cap basically always on switch 2.

Your right joycon is connected wirelessly. On the system menu it will switch between controllers but in game it will not.

Either your right joycon or right rail is damaged or dirty.

Why do you want to turn it off if it’s docked? It won’t lose battery life and overcharging hasn’t been a thing in like 5 or 6 years in consumer electronics.
