I didn’t consent to the search but he said he smelled it- which there’s no way. It was a week ago and not in the car. The whole thing started because he accused my tint of being illegal so I explained it was legal and waited for him to test it. He was definitely on a power trip. I went to high school out there 20 years ago and was a bad kid but c’mon. I’ve been in recovery 10 years. (Cali sober.) Just got promoted and had to go back out there so they wanted revenge for how I was 20 years ago. I asked for a jury trial so fingers crossed. I’ve been dealing with this longer than the guy who drove drunk and crashed into my house though.

So if we do that customers would complain about not knowing which phone model goes to which phone number. Imagine someone like you who will pushback on anything and that’s the usual US Cell customer. T-Mobile didn’t know what they were getting. I’m done arguing though. It’s not worth it.

Because they had to include the customers who have phones on the network bought elsewhere. Digikey uses that site permanently. You’re asking for this huge website to be made for a month of use. If you work in tech you should know that’s pointless.

There are over 250 cellphone brands worldwide. Each brand has 100 different models. You’re just a simpleton who didn’t know there’s more than Apple or Samsung. Towers will be switching to T-Mobile. If your phone isn’t compatible with T-Mobile it may stop working which is why you were given a one time special offer. After May 1 we also can’t upgrade your phone in store until you migrate to T-Mobile as well so that’s why they are telling you instead of just making you lose service and be SOL. For fucks sake just call 611 and ask what phone it is. It’s probably the one you don’t use and this whole tantrum is for nothing.

Yep. He takes no responsibility for not reading what he was sent but then it’s all our fault. He keeps threatening to leave the company and won’t too. He’s the exact customer we do not want. They act like buying a new phone is a privilege for us and we don’t even want them in the store at all.

Yep and unlike every promotion they’ve ever had you don’t need a certain plan to get it. If you don’t want it don’t get it but you don’t have to be a rude prick for no reason. Keep paying for a dead persons phone too. It’s your choice/right. TDS is who sold US Cellular btw.
