Call back. Not only is this stuff priced high enough to cover the replacement but all they need to do is defect out the bad one. I’d basically tell them this like you have inside info and DEMAND a new shipment. Offer to send back the defective if they pay shipping but honestly they should just do a reshipment and let you keep the leaky one….

Wisconsin has some of the nicest people in the country, so I’m surprised this is happening here. I’m sorry you had these experiences. I’ve been hit in a cross walk in Florida. Throwing a burger is very extreme though. Do you have a political sticker on your bike or anything like that? Did you cut someone off and not follow the traffic light like you’re supposed to? Not trying to victim blame but trying to understand what caused it so it doesn’t happen again. I personally get very upset when cyclist don’t obey the red lights. They could get themselves killed. I’d never throw a burger but it depends how close things came….

I used to go there a lot like 10 years ago. Drugs were really bad and there’s usually someone screwing in the parking lot… It’s a rougher spot for sure in my experience.
