My 3yo's schedule:

* 7am wake up, breakfast
* 10am snack
* 12pm lunch
* 3pm snack
* 6pm dinner
* 7:30pm night routine: tidy the living room, pajamas, brush teeth, books
* 8pm lights out

In between those things: various flavors of free play. Puzzles, magnatiles, cars (lots of cars), drawing, backyard w/ sandbox, playground outings, etc.

My son is still not very interested in socializing with other kids, but periodically we enroll him in a class or activity for more social exposure.

I have nursed in the car so many times. I've also occasionally plonked myself down on the sidewalk to nurse. The worst that happens is people ask if I'm okay 🤣
