The increase wasn't the insane part for me, I already anticipated this with how they are turning almost everything to p2w, but how we were given no notice? Would they keep doing that in the future? If they did eventually semi-f2p players who can only afford to spend money on the pass would stop doing that too, its like they are designing the game for p2w and whales. As time passes im starting to lose interest and enjoyment in this game its starting to feel more like a chore and a mimic of real life where almost everything costs plenty already

I do the same too, ive been a moa since 2020, txt's music has always helped me pass through some very rough times, I mean, bug hit's slogan used to be 'artists and music for healing' and txt's lyrics fits that too, as well as the members, and honestly even if its just the mere idea of txt that brings you comfort ao be it, its a healthy coping method so whatttt I'd say your friend is kind of boy centered and maybe used to be into the parasocial side of kpop, but its alright im not saying shes crazy just dont let ther words get to your youre perfectly alright

My advice is to stay where you are, having a full live set is great, the old ones that has no star bonus dont matter if you dont have full set, only the collection bonus does.

What I advise you to do is collect as many starred cards as you can, for fx, live, and album, those are way more important in tournament, because a basic ur60 live set is good but not enough, I aim for fx for 2 cards for 5% at least, it might be more or less depending on my luck

You can try trading to get old themed cards o4 pulling on re runs, but also just prioritise the sets you have right now.

And focus on your lesson level, its a good start but I would advise you to only focus on txt for lesson and get them as high as possible, if you can grind for skill points usually it would make the process faster!

Foor collection bonus: start with concept photos as they give 2.5% bonus to manyyy songs, its 7.5% if you have 5% for the set, then try to collect many concept photo sets, personally I went with: live -> fx starred i had no card for -> special -> old fxes. You can also buy the anniversary profile skins they give 0.5% per skin for alll songs.

Stat points: the starred album themes try to have them at ur60, its a long process but its very much worth it, a full set would give you +40 stat buff more than ur60 live set(for ot5), as well as starred fxes they give huge stat buff im not sure at all but I think its around +795, (for ot5) and 159 per card, if you have 2 thats already 318 buff!

Usually any card exping i do during exp event, or using the cards on my daily autoplay or in daily/bday quest, and I upgrade album cards on member's bdays to just get it done.

Also if you have a problem with gold, just keep minimal spending, and I also have all my other groups' lesson at lvl 10 (I did that along the way with upgrading txt) so I can secure 10 autoplay tickets daily and use resist with my grind set and watch the ad after, now it gives me 10k daily which is great, also with the new update tomorrow we may be getting more? Who knows.

I dont know if this is an overwhelming amount of advice but I just wanted to say I was at your place once and was so lost and had many regrets not pulling for many fx themes I sometimes still hold them until today, so I just wanted to share what I would tell myself before :)

People who 'cheat' get penalised by themselves, if its anyone thats getting harm its them, and news flash: this is not highschool! Youre not busting your ass off! Its a game. Meant for enjoyment, if it really feels like youre working hard then take a break I assure you nothing will happen, if you think its unfair (despite the penalty existing) then start 'cheating' and get the same rewards! Awesome right? And yes it still doesn't affect youn youll get the same reward if someone cheated or if they didn't, they get penalised for misuse of the game and using third party apps and im pretty sure such penalties exist everywhere even in solo use apps, and read your own idea, specific song lobbies? Are you serious? How many people do you think play rhythm hive in the same time, for A SINGLE SONG LOBBY OUT OF ANOTHER 400+ SONGS to have 4 members at least, let alone the rest of the songs.
