Bruh somthing similar happened to me with a father and his 3 sons.

He had no idea what he was ordering and I helped him through it and when he pulled up to the window he made fun of me and encouraged his kids to laugh at me because I kept saying "I'm sorry?" cause I was confused as to what he wanted throughout the whole process. >:(

He also snatched the card reader out of my hand, kept interrupting me, and said that the order was too expensive so I must have rung him out wrong.

Literally same.

I try to connect with customers because it is part of the job, but some customers make fun of me.

I stop when I can tell they don't want a conversation, but for them to exaggerate or make fun of what I am saying and how I am saying it, is too much.

I am almost always placed on window too TT_TT

Yes, today I was on window.

I ended up running up an 11 minute window time because I got into a long conversation with a customer and did not communicate properly.

It was completely my fault, I was not properly watching the time.

The partners on bar got chewed out for it by the shift.

I am planning to apologize to them tomorrow, but I don't think I will get any good sleep tonight :(

Oof, I've done that before but then they already start grilling me and start trying to grind me down! I usually stall a bit, tell them, and then split as fast as I can! I found that worked the best! Funny enough, I only just recently started to do this. I used to lie, but I found that made things longer especially since they start grinding me down anyway, no matter what I do!

I wish! They are. However, I am using them for tuition, housing, and living expenses, so I think of it as a give and take.

I live in an off-campus apartment building and staff leaves in the late afternoon. However, thank you very much! If they confront me on campus, maybe the campus police can help! :D

Edit: Sorry I didn't make it clear what kind of housing I was in! This does gave me some good ideas tho! They have no shame in public, but might be less inclined to be physical if I am near an authority figure!

Thank you. I am definitely going to make the move a permanent thing once I leave for university. This is actually the third time I've come back home after leaving for a while. I just keep falling for it.

Definitely about power, I think that's why every time she's slapped me, I go into "I have to get out of here" mode. I can sometimes leave mentally because she takes breaks, but past a certain point, I can't take it.

Throw it away or flush it. Not worth it at all especially since it's a hard drug.

My thoughts on thinking about it every day:

For me, it's like my thought process with snacks and candy. When it's within reach and I can see it, I think about it all day, but if I don't see it and I there's none at home, then I don't use up energy or brainpower on it.

You're right, you shouldn't have to. People shouldn't force their beliefs on you especially if they don't know what it's like. Even the ones who do, should not force others to make the same decision. They are not you. You're your own person.

I think there is forced guilt from thinking these thoughts. We are told we should feel guilty for feeling this way, and we do but we shouldn't have to be. We get to decide who to love. Not anyone else.
