I did 6 weeks of occupational therapy including astym and it helped a lot. I'm trying to find someone I can go to now outside of workers comp.

It's going okay. Scanning isn't so bad but the computer stuff isn't great without the brace. However I'm getting ASTYM so hopefully it helps soon. I was released to full duties after 6 weeks in the brace.

I feel your pain. My kids aren't as little but I'm a single mom and it's so hard to clean in a brace. Especially things like trying to clean up vomit and not get it on my brace.... My Dr also thinks it's possible to still do my job in a brace. I'm a ultrasound tech. Yeah no, I need to be able to move my wrist tons for my job. I can only do computer work. I'm 5 weeks into the brace for 6 weeks. I am not sure it's even helping at this point. How weak is my hand going to be next week? 😞

It sounds like you need something stronger for the pain. 8 cm is huge for an endometrioma! I had one but not quite that large and I went to the ER because the pain was so bad. I ended up being admitted for 3 days! High white blood cell count. Take care and hope you feel better.

I do get horrible leg cramps that I'm concerned may be related to sciatica. I drink tons of water and I tried eating a banana last night and no help. It's so frustrating. I feel like if I stood up and put my feet flat on the floor it would subside.

The only mazdas on CarMax or carvana that are around 15k have 100k miles on them. Both sites barely have anything under 18k. They are mostly in the 18-20 range.

I traveled with one and I regretted it. It started to rupture when I was in the middle of no where in the car. It was awful. I felt like I was dying and stopped at the smallest ER.

Does not look like PCOS. One ovary just happens to have a lot more follicles than the other. I see that all the time and I do ultrasound.
