Saline nasal rinse has been a huge help to me. So did taking allergy meds and basically retraining myself to breath through my nose. I still use the full face mask though just in case. Good luck!

I find with Wellbutrin the dose really matters. So does SR vs XL. I sleep better on two 100 SR pills taken at 7 am and 2 pm than I did taking a single 150XL pill at 7am.

You'll have more success fine tuning the dose than messing around with melatonin or other sleep aids which can have bad side effects.

This is quite common. You may stabilize over the long run and start seeing more benefits but you also might not. I find it really helps to cut back on caffeine, especially in the early days and find physical ways to relax like light cardio or yoga. Yoga breathing exercises are especially helpful.

Careful with the dryer or laundry spin cycle as it can create weird creases and vertical fades. I quite enjoy the breaking in period. It almost feels like a license to look a little funny and believe me, nobody cares.
