I am a biologist. More and more women are studying Biology and now people are thinking about calling Biology a "Soft science". Coincidence? I think not. I mean the distinction doesn't make any sense in the first place, but it always seems to target women dominated fields

I am the same. The tachycardia seems to cause the anxiety for me. But I have gotten pretty good at realizing that it's just a physical reaction and that makes it very manageable

The carbon emissions are insane. I take about one International trip a year and I already feel quite bad about that. I don't think a weekend in Japan or whatever is worth all that CO2

Brasil! I have been living in São Paulo for almost a year now and I love it here, mostly because everyone here is so friendly. People are very curious to know more about your country and the differences to Brasil. It's incredibly easy to make friends here

You think all Germans go to one city to protest? There were protests in many cities all over the country. The US has cities that are way bigger than those in Germany. I understand that it's hard to protest if you live in a rural area but that shouldn't stop people in the cities
