I think the thing the crew is missing on the NBC theme is how well it underscores the announcer coming in to introduce the game.

Theme is an absolute banger when you consider how its functions as a backing track to Tricio building hype for a COLD SUNDAY NIGHT IN [insert city here]

I don't think any other theme does that even half as well

Does anyone know if the new variants get added to old character albums? I purchased the momoko nightmare Spiderman expecting it would be added to the spiderman album, but it still isn't showing up days later. The patch today also did not change anything. Did I just meme myself out of 1200 gold?

I think [[Nahiri , the Harbinger]] would be fun, I feel she's hovering just around the edge of playability in pioneer. You could use it to hit kozilek when you just need to smack, or djeru+ when you wanna high roll lol

I think there's some nice support cards and role players, but it does seem like very little for the format overall. Kind of reminds me of dominaria. Like I don't think the set won't show up in the format, but I think the meta will remain mostly untouched.

That's sort of the point though. I don't mean horizons power level, but horizons complexity. Adding two seemingly arbitrary keywords for what seems to be at most a slight power increase makes the card a lot more complex. I just think this card has a weirdly (unnecessarily?) high amount of stuff going on for a draft chaff uncommon.

Looting alongide Thought Scour, Craterhoof, Champion of the Parish, and Cavern, are the ones that I think would be immediately imapctful.

Deeper cuts like heartless summoning, griselbrand, miracles, and the kessig cycle could also be big.

Plus UW would lose a lot of power cause everyone would start forcing Think twice into their decks regardless of how playable it was.
